Where we ship
We ship across the continental United States from our U.S. fulfillment center. Every package ships from the authorized 2026 production batch verified on this portal, so you always receive current, lab-tested stock. We do not currently ship internationally; orders are limited to U.S. addresses.
Tracking your order
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you have not received tracking within two business days, check your spam folder, then email orders@testovateofficial.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Returns & refunds

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email orders@testovateofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
